shipping & RETURNS

PRODUCTION TIME

  • Production time is generally 2-3 weeks from the date an order is made through this website.

  • Ready to Ship items are posted within 1-2 days once an order is placed.

SHIPPING COSTS & TAXES

  • International orders are shipped via DHL Express or Australia Post.

  • Domestic Australian orders are shipped express via Australia Post

  • International customers are fully responsible for any and all customs duties and taxes. Once the order is shipped, all duties and taxes become non-refundable.

  • Australian customers are not charged GST

DELIVERY TIMES

  • Australia Post Express delivery is between 1-2 business days (longer if outside metropolitan area)

  • International DHL Express post delivery times can vary depending on the origin/destination it is being sent to. Anywhere from 3-5 days for nearby countries and up 14 days for further countries.

COVID DELAYS

  • Due to the pandemics impact on logistics ordering time can be up to 6 weeks if your colour choice is not in stock.

  • We will advise via email if there are any issues with the order.

TRACK MY ORDER

  • All orders a shipped with a trackable service so you can follow its journey to you.

  • You'll receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is fulfilled. Simply click on your tracking link in the email to view the up to date tracking information.

CANCEL MY ORDER

  • Once you’ve placed your order, we will receive it immediately. A-D-Atelier will cancel the order free of charge if the customer requests the cancellation within 24 hours after they’ve placed the order. If you exceed the free cancellation period you will only recieve a refund of 50%. To cancel the order, please contact us at office@a-d-atelier.com.

RETURNS POLICY

Since each item is made to order and due to the nature of our garments for hygiene reasons returns are not possible unless there is a manufacturing defect. If you have inspected your order and are unsatisfied please inform A-D-Atelier no later than 14 days after recieving the order. All items will need to be assessed by our production team. A-D-Atelier will cover/reimburse postage costs if the goods are deemed faulty. Our team will keep you updated through this process.

If in the unlikely occasion our product materials or workmanship is deemed faulty we will repair it for free, if it is unrepairable we will offer to replace the item or refund. Unless goods have unrepairable faults in manufacture or materials A-D-Atelier will not exchange, refund or credit the purchase price.
