RETURNS POLICY

Since each item is made to order and due to the nature of our garments for hygiene reasons returns are not possible unless there is a manufacturing defect. If you have inspected your order and are unsatisfied please inform A-D-Atelier no later than 14 days after recieving the order.

All items will need to be assessed by our production team and we may ask for photos verifying the condition and reason for return. A-D-Atelier will cover/reimburse postage costs if the goods are deemed faulty. Our team will keep you updated through this process.

If in the unlikely occasion our product materials or workmanship is deemed faulty we will repair it for free, if it is unrepairable we will offer to replace the item or refund. Unless goods have unrepairable faults in manufacture or materials A-D-Atelier will not exchange, refund or credit the purchase price.
