Production time is generally 2 weeks from the date an order is recieved. If you are purchasing within Australia your order will by shipped via Express Australia Post, once it is shipped allow 2-5 days for it to arrive. International customers please allow up to 14 days for your order to arrive once shipped.

If an item needs general repairs, we are happy to repair any A-D-Atelier item for a minimal cost plus shipping. However if an item you recieve from us is faulty please contact us within 7 days and we will cover the cost of return postage as well as repair the item free of charge.

Unfortunately we can not promise that we can repair a non A-D-Atelier item. For a small fee we can look and advise on the best course of action.

All clothing sent to us for repair must be washed free of any oils/lubricants and be completely dry. A light talc to prevent sticking is advisable.

Australian customers will recieve free express shipping on all orders. International customers will pay $40 for orders under $250, orders over this amount will recieve free express shipping.

Latex fabric is vegan and biodegradable. It is a 100% natural material extracted from a renewable resource - Helvetica Brasilius tree sap.

A-D-Atelier believes in reducing our carbon footprint. All orders will be shipped in a completely recylable cardboard box, tissue paper and tape. No plastic!

When you opt for discreet packaging, your order will arrive in a commercially compostable HeroPack Mailer.
